Ingredients:

3 tablespoons Chia Seeds
3/4 cup milk of your choice
1/2 tablespoon Maple Syrup
3 scoops Heal Signature Chocolate
Fruits & toppings of your choice

Instructions:

  1. Place chia seeds, milk, maple syrup, and protein powder into a jar/container.
  2. Mix ingredients and place in the refrigerator for at least 4 hours or overnight.
  3. Serve with any fruits and toppings.
