Ingredients:
Flax Egg (1 tablespoon ground flaxseeds with 3 tablespoons of water)
Heal’s Matcha Protein (3 scoops)
Baking Powder (1 tbsp)
Milk of your choice (1/4 cups)
Instructions:
- Mix 1 tablespoon ground flaxseeds with 3 tablespoons of water and let it sit for 15 minutes in the fridge to thicken. (This will act as a substitute for eggs)
- Mix all wet and dry ingredients with a whisk to form your batter.
- Heat a non-stick pan/skillet to medium-high and pour the batter in a small circle.
- Cook for 2-3 minutes, flip and cook for another minute or two on the other side.
- Top it off with any fruits/toppings of your choice.
